I had a solo lunch at this Nando's, the service was absolutely amazing. The food arrived & I was thrilled. The salad was crisp and fresh and my meal was delicious . I think I've found a new favourite spot Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–300 Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options

Absolutely unacceptable service from Nando's Horison View. I placed my order at 14:05, and the estimated delivery time was 15:05. My order only arrived at 15:50 — 45 minutes later than promised, with no meaningful communication or explanation for the delay. The delivery was handled through Uber. Throughout the process, the tracking showed that the driver was nowhere near the restaurant for collection, and the estimated delivery time kept increasing. Concerned about the delay, I contacted Nando's head office at 15:29. Despite escalating the matter, I only received a notification at 15:40 that the driver was finally on the way. To make matters worse, Uber sent me an incorrect PIN code. When the driver arrived, he insisted that the PIN I provided was wrong and implied that I was not being truthful. I have screenshots as evidence showing the PIN that Uber sent me. Even after I showed him this proof, he did not acknowledge that the problem was caused by the system, nor did he apologise. Instead, he simply told me that I should not complain. This entire experience was extremely frustrating. While occasional delays can happen, the lack of communication, the incorrect PIN issue, and the dismissive attitude of the driver were completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better service and a more professional response when problems arose. I have retained screenshots documenting both the incorrect PIN and the delivery timeline. Based on this experience, I will never order from Nando's Horison View again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
