Before this past weekend 27/1/23, my boyfriend and i would have had a great review. This weekend he was pick pocketed inside of timeout either at the pool table or at the bar.(being the two places he was at before he noticed his phone was gone) the mangers were absolutely useless in helping provide footage in order for us to pursue this case. He was given the run around from friday night. Told to go in on saturday to view the cameras, as the waiter told us there were cameras everywhere, including outside and the owner had access via her cellphone and therefore we would definitely be able to find the person responsible. The owner was not available on saturday and the message was conveyed to us to return on monday. Monday he was told to return on tuesday. And tuesday he was told by the owner that she does not assist in small things like this and anyway, the camera recording has a four day memory and thereafter footage is deleted. Also she had left the premises and was not going to return to help. A R30 000 phone does not seem like a small thing, to me at least. From being very frequent customers that spend a lot of money and take all our friends to Time out sports bar, we will never be returning and will also inform all our friends of this treatment. Absolutely ridiculous. RIDICULOUS!!
