Streatery is a good place to study, work, or enjoy a good meal. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the food worth more than what you pay. Although everything else is great, the cleanliness of the dishes/glasses we're being served on isn't necessarily the best. my significant other and I's glasses both smelled of raw egg, which quickly discouraged us from prolonging our stay. I strongly believe that attention to detail by the restaurant would make for a better stay. Price per person: R 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re ever at Waterfall Ridge Mall in Midrand, Streatery is definitely worth a visit. We had a fantastic experience overall. My wife ordered the seafood platter — the prawns and calamari were soft, succulent, and cooked to perfection. The hake was decent, not bad at all, just not quite on the same level as the rest. I went for the woodfire Thunderbird pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The base was thin, crispy, and full of flavor. My son had the woodfire Margherita pizza from the kiddies menu, and that was just as tasty — a big win for the little one. The drinks were equally impressive. I had the Bar Wonder chocolate milkshake, my wife chose the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, and my son had a strawberry milkshake. All of them were spot on — rich, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of ice cream, and beautifully presented. Honestly, nothing to fault there. The atmosphere is another highlight — the place looks amazing. It strikes a great balance between a vibrant street food vibe and a touch of fine dining, making it both relaxed and visually appealing. Overall, I’d rate the food and experience a solid 9/10. Definitely a must-visit spot if you find yourself in Waterfall. Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I always order a 3 egg omelette, with bacon, mushroom and cheese It was not part of the menu but they, but they made it happen Of all the restaurants I have ordered this meal from, this is in the top 5 There was enough bacon, mushroom and the cheese was a bit shy but still good And that coffee was the probably the best coffee I have had in a long time, from a restaurant, which is normally a bit weak It was strong and full of flavour My wife had the protein bowl, and she enjoyed it, saying that it was moreish Good venue to have a meeting. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: R 300–400 Dietary restrictions: Be aware of nuts We pray for the vegan group Parking space: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: We saw children there but we do not have children Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair friendly with wheelchair parking Close to the lift so parking in the shade
