The lady that assisted us Xungu Thandiswa she was very rude and it us not the first time. She don't know how to talk to people. Price per person: R 300–400

I enjoyed the meal overall and the service was good but the fries were unfortunately quite oily and tasted as if the frying oil may have been old. I hope this can be improved, as the rest of the food was enjoyable

We have been loyal to Steers for years, we been buying and ordering from Steers Hermanus for 5 year, all the years we were treated like we as a customer should be treated. Yesterday for the very very first time we had a very bad experience, hubby went to buy ribs and chips and Burger and chips, only to find out that the patty was raw, the ribs was full of sinue and a very small piece of ribs for R250, when we called the store the lady that answered was very professional by taking our number and let the manager phone us back, we told her our complaint but really and truly to no avail. We were told to bring the food back, about 6' clock at night, bearing in mind we are 15 kilometres out of town and being senior citizens we do not drive at night, the manager did phone us back but we could here from the word go we got a lost problem, we were hungry so we shared the ribs, literally two bones each, hamburger in big bin which were raw, so we must dig it out of the dustbin and bring all the food back for a refund (knowing it will be possible), long story short after sending a pic of the ribs and that they reach a decision of there evidence that they not at fault etc. what an utterly disgrace to treat your loyal customers, this is so so sad, it is not about the refund of the money but the way we were treated and that we don't have a proble, oh and when quietening the price of the ribs we were told they weight it, but surely if you weight a product you must pay accordingly to the size, I am just lost with words.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
