I came here and had a very average (or actually sub-average) experience that is not representative of the Seattle brand. The Seattle was under stocked: I tried to order 4 different drinks (excluding 2 variations of 1 drink) and they did not have ingredients or syrups for all of these menu items. The employees: They were helpful but snarky, I don’t care much but it is unprofessional (they assumed I didn’t speak Xhosa and made jokes about me trying to order things) The location: it’s a beautiful, peaceful location for a quick stop — well positioned for foot traffic and cars travelling. Price per person: R 1–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The who prepared my coffee has no customer service and he was not presentable as l used to all Seattle coffee baristas the t-shirt didn't look as was ironed and was dirty his head was not covered. The whole experience was very bad to me. I usually drive to buy coffee at either Astron Courtney Street you feel welcomed and very good customer service from all the girls. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee was bad. Not sure if the machines are not properly cleaned or if the staff is not properly trained in making coffee. The little condiments area where you add your sugar or stir your coffee was messy. Either way, it’s not the type of coffee I’d expect from Seattle Coffee Co.
