I placed on order via Mr D and needed a note added to the parcel, I called in and the gentleman on the phone was more than willing to assist. The food was delivered with an extra heartfelt message from McDonalds. Thank you to the team on duty today 06/07/2026 for your wonderful service. Im crazy for Macdonalds its all i get when i want takeaways. But tonight was just the worst experience. My husband ordered 2 burger meals for us , and a 4 pieces nuggets for him and i wanted chilli cheese vcut fries. Then they tell us the v cut fries are out of stock which i never understand anyway. My husband then continues to say rather make the nuggets a 6 pieces haaibo wont this lady ask him , you said 4 piece nuggets now yoi want six piece what is it. I was so angry my husband still had time to explain because he there is no v cut wedges thats why he wants the 6 piece now. We the. Proceeded to the pay window this lady pushes the card machine through the window avoiding to look us in the eyes. When payment was made this lady then grabs the card machine yohhh my husband had to stop me from saying anything her name was Anam Sitsholwana, my love i dont know who spoiled your day but nothing goes from you to be kind. We then get to the window to collect our food. The lady give us our cooldrink with straws and a bag with only chips in we then called her and asked where our burgers and nuggets were... we then got anyway, im not a racist but i bet 100% if we were whites we would not have been treated like this ...DISGUSTING!!! The worst food I have ever received. My nuggets were rock hard, my chips were ice cold. The food was inedible I wasted over R200 for food I had to throw away. I proceeded to phone the manager and all I got was a oh sorry. No food credit or to even fix the problem. I cannot believe this. Disgusting.
