I had a not so good experience a few times and wrote a gist but I had to take it out just to accommodate this Horrible experience that we had today!
We decided to give them another chance and went there, quite hungry. Usually we always take big family meal and lots and lots of sides but today we opted for just the 12 chicken strips, 4 dips, 1 large chips and 1 large mash & gravy to satisfy our hunger immediately.

So I went in to order... after a few minutes of waiting, they told me it will take a bit long, they're still making the strips. "It's ok," I said. Thereafter, the electricity went off and i was told that the other 6 strips will not be made. I could take the 6 that were already made - even though I paid for 12 and the entire meal.... As I was making my decision of what to do, take the six or ask them for the money back, the electricity came back on. We were hungry, like I said, so I asked how much longer for the rest of the food, they said 6 minutes so I said fine, i'll wait.

We finally got our stuff: the mash and gravy was runny! It did not taste well, the first 6 strips were made of mostly crumbs - as in "where's the chicken?" and the second 6 batch tasted undercooked. So thoroughly disappointed.

The sad part is that we had to take it with us and eat all of that very disappointing meal.

Although the chicken itself was standard KFC fair the rest isn't. Staff are arrogant, food takes forever and upon ordering a family meal, condiments are forgotten altogether; no tomato sauce, chilki salt, serviettes or spoons for the mash and gravy (which was so watery we couldn't eat it. You're better off with another of the drive-thrus in the centre.
