Sitting and waiting for my order for almost an hour, got here when there was like 4 customers in the shop. Extremely understaffed causing long delays! Also not fully stocked on all items on the menu. They have specials hung up but is not actually available. It was my first time but highly unlikely I will return. Still waiting for my food.... Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Just 3x grilled chickens ( their staple offering) Called at 10:40… they promised it will be ready at 11:30… we go there at 12 and they said it’s being packed… 30mins they still saying it’s being packed Lies, lies, lies - don’t be unethical and lie Jimmys Florida!! At this on a Sunday morning- not on a Friday rush hour supper time Pathetic!! Service: 1 Price per person: R 100–150

Hi Malcolm,Thank you for your continued patronage. We truly appreciate your support and are sorry for the disappointing experience you had. We’ve addressed this matter with our team, and we apologize for both the delay and the fact that our cashier didn’t inform you about our Sunday processes. As part of our weekly deep cleaning routine, we only accept grill orders after 12:30 PM on Sundays—unfortunately, this wasn’t clearly communicated to you. To make it right, we’d love to offer you a discount voucher for your next meal as a small gesture of our apology. Please reach out to us at **081 284 3224**, and we’ll arrange it for you. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your continued support. We hope to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Aysha
