I've always ordered food from Fishaways, both telephonically and in-store, and the portions have always been consistent regardless of how I placed my order. However, recently, on two separate occasions, I ordered telephonically and noticed a significant difference in portion sizes. When my order was delivered, I could immediately feel how light the box was. The rice portion looked as though only a single scoop had been served. This time around, I was also given very few chips. Considering that this meal costs R150, I found this quite disappointing. Customers should receive the same quality and portion sizes regardless of whether they order in-store or over the phone.

Just after my order, I was told there are no plates to serve on so I had to lay my food flat on the table.

I took a 16 piece sushi. The sushi looked like a 2 year old made it and it tasted very soggy and very strange! Also just fell apart.Was not worth the R240! If anything, not worth R50. The sushi was barely anything. A real rip off and Beyond disgusted with your food!!!! I Will not be a returning customer and I highly recommend anyone that reads this will stay well clear of this fishaways Rustenburg Square! Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 1
