Hi Derick.Regarding your post we as owners/sales people are very aware who is running our business.Furthermore,we have investigated your issue and our findings are as follows.1.You did not leave your keys with our technicians despite them telling you to do so and you said ''they might steal from your vehicle and you dont trust them''We were your goto place so was anything stolen before from your vehicle???2.Another vehicle was taken as our technicians did not have your keys.After that we were accused of being racist as we took a black gentleman's car before yours.3.If your behavior was appropriate we would've had your alignment done immediately as WE HAVE 4 ALIGNMENT BAYS.regarding above if we were your goto place then you would know well our operating procedures.I think you are bad naming us because you did not get YOUR way despite causing a scene at our place.Typical behavior of a person that feels entitled.Glad you have gone to another establishment as we have not and will not tolerate customers with your attitude and behaviour.Thank youHave a wonderful day.Fasfit management

Hi good day Mr Marius. We looked into your issue. FYI we have 4 alignment machines and we were busy with vehicles at the time you were here. Unfortunately people have to wait when we are full. In future if you do decide to return you will wait your turn even you dont like it.
