The waiter came to drop food never came back I had to go and look for him 15 min after we finished our pizzas. Even the fire died nobody came. We came here especially for the fireplace. Price per person: R 300–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Really lovely spot with a friendly comfortable vibe and if the food is as good as it looks and if the milkshake is anything to go by... This could definitely become a local Price per person: R 1–100

When you visit a restaurant with the reputation and standard of Club 14, you expect consistency—especially when ordering a dish you’ve enjoyed there before. Receiving the same meal but at noticeably lower quality is disappointing on its own. What made the experience worse was the response when I raised the concern. Instead of listening, both the waiter and the manager became defensive, insisting they “don’t make mistakes” and arguing that the portion size could not possibly be wrong. Being told that three small pieces of chicken livers were “impossible” felt dismissive and unprofessional. At that point, the decision was simple: I walked out, and I won’t be returning. Shame on you. We loved your place. Food: 1 Service: 1
