Het personeel is cool dat is wat dit restaurant zo leuk maakt. Je zal tevreden zijn met de spectaculair dienstverleningAls een aantal gasten zeggen, de sfeer is stil. But Botanicum at Ridgeback wordt niet hoog gewaardeerd door Google-gebruikers die het een ondergemiddelde 3.9 hebben gegeven.

We visited the farm on a Saturday and made a booking for lunch. The wine tasting was good and profesionally done. The lady knew her stuff. No fault there and all and all a good experience. The restaurant was a big dissapointment. The pizza's were not available which was more than half the main meal menu. There was music playing in the background, but the atmosphere was spoiled by a staff member loudly watching videos or other content on her phone.The food took long to arrive, but tasted good. As per previous comments, wine is payable at the wine tasting area only. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The setting is beautiful, the service good, the food average. I don't understand some of the excessively itnegative reviews: one of them scored the place as a "1" because at their arrival (restaurant was empty) a waiter was laying on a bench. Which is not ideal, but not enough to destroy completely the experience. It sounds more like an unnecessary "I am going to teach them a lesson"... Anyway, a good place for a peaceful quick lunch. Price per person: R 400–500 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful new restaurant in Paarl! The food is DELICIOUS and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is just the right amount of finesse and modern flair, with a wood burning fireplace for those cooler evenings and outdoor deck overlooking the dam for those magical summer days/evenings. They also serve breakfast over the weekends. We visited for my husbands' birthday and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and truly made it an evening to remember. Highly recommend the Botanicum at Ridgeback! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
