Het is altijd een genoegen om hier te ontspannen en een maaltijd te nuttigen vanwege de plezierig dienstverlening. Er is spectaculair sfeer bij dit restaurant, zoals klanten vinden.

Stayed overnight on route to Mokala. Very comfortable rooms and the owner was very helpful sorting out the full DSTV for me. Unfortunately the pizza was just not to my liking. Wafer thin base, that doesn't have that crispy floury crust I'm used to. It's usually extra flour to stop the pizza from sticking to the peel and the oven floor but these looked like they were cooked in a pan in the oven. The chef grabbed tongs rather than a peel. A pizza oven should cook a pizza in under two minutes when up to temp but I was told it would take another 5 minutes when I came through to collect it, but it was already in the oven. Lots of cheese and perfectly edible, just not what I was expecting from a wood fired oven. I'd happily consider using this as a base to do day trips into Mokala next time though.

I have eaten many pizzas all over the world. Boemsies pizzas are by far the best I have tasted. And it is in Jakobsdal... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
