Today 27 May 2026. I rushed to the gas station at Centurion/Wierda Park /Astron Energy at around 06h00. Filled up and decided to drive thru and get a brekkie wrap at KFC-Wierda Park. Paid, went to collection. Waited about 5min...and decided to peep as i was getting late.. Jhoooo....i saw busy hands with tomatoe sauce...and I was like it can't be my order. When I asked about my order, Boipelo told me its being prepared. When i asked are they not using gloves to prepare food. She froze. The person who was preparing my order was not wearing gloves....and I lost it. When I asked to be refunded, to my surprise the Manager was on duty. When he was refunding me he kept on apologizing.. SOP??????? Sies...i will never ever think of going there again!!

I bought a 10-piece family treat, and I was extremely disappointed. The meat looked like it had been fried more than once it was very dry and difficult to chew. The lettuce in the burger was brown, soggy, and tasted horrible, definitely not fresh at all. The side breast pieces barely had any meat on it, just rib bones with very dry skin that tasted stale. I truly regret buying it, total waste of MONEY Food: 1

I went to KFC Wierda Park and bought 2 burger meals for my kids. When i got home both burgers had no patties/meat. Went back they took the burgers and put the wrong patties not the ones we ordered and paid for. No remorse nothing, which makes me even question if this was an innocent mistake or intentional. The level of service and inconvenience of going back to the store to have the correct order given only to still have the wrong order is appalling and disgusting and them thinking this is ok and acceptable. I will never again go to that franchise again! Price per person: R 100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
